- Paul Manley
- I grew up in West Los Angeles. Went to the beach in Santa Monica every day in the summer. During college I worked parking cars at restaurants. The best known of these was the legendary Chasen's From 1969-1971 I went to Binghamton University in upstate New York. I have lived in the SF Bay Area since 1977 and am retired from the U S Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit. My home is with my fiancee on the island city of Alameda. I like kayaking in the bay and body surfing.
